We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.(See Below For Trading Cards)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and/or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at pixelcache.help@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, batteries, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, purchases made using discount codes, or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Exchanges are our default mechanism for conflict resolution, as opposed to refunds.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the returned product amount on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Original shipping and/or handling fees cannot be refunded. Refunds are issued only if an exchange for the originally ordered item is unavailable.
📦 Trading Card Shipping & Return Policy
Shipping
- All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS with tracking provided.
- Orders typically process within 1–3 business days.
- Packages valued at $100 or less include insurance by default. For higher-value orders, we may add extra insurance coverage at our discretion.
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
Damaged Shipments
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photos of the product and packaging.
- We will assist you in filing a claim with USPS or UPS. Refunds or replacements will only be issued after the carrier approves the claim.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the collectible nature of trading cards, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless:
- The wrong item was shipped.
- The product arrived damaged in transit (see above).
To qualify for a return/exchange:
- Items must remain factory sealed with all original packaging intact.
- Opened or tampered products cannot be returned under any circumstance.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the error was on our part.
Order Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase if you change your mind. After that, all sales are final.
